I'm Lin Htin Nyein, a fullstack developer originally from Myanmar, currently residing in Thailand, with over 8 years of experience in building web and mobile applications, who is always thinking about to solve people's real-life problems with technology. Most days, you can find me at my dev-desk, focusing on app design and development. I've independently created several web and mobile applications, using modern technologies. I especially love working on the frontend, crafting intuitive user interfaces and reusable components with clean and efficient code.
In 2020, I made the decision to leave my job and pursue what I love most: creating my own projects. This leap allowed me to focus on building efficient, modular applications and reusable npm packages that showcase my development philosophy. Since then, I've been thriving as a freelance developer, dividing my time between client business applications tailored to their specific needs and distributing my own products. My work and personal projects reflect my commitment to quality code and intuitive design.

- Contributed to frontend development of NEON Mall e-commerce platform and logistics system using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Redux.
- Built an efficient cart system with background syncing and local persistence using Redux Persist.
- Implemented a real-time Customer–Seller–Admin chat system with file sharing using Supabase.
- Optimized SEO and overall performance for existing projects.
- Developed a bulk product import/export system with Excel validation for efficient product management.
- Implemented image caching and API call optimization to improve load times and user experience.
- Led development of a realtime freelancing platform Jobonic (Next.js, Supabase, React Native).
- Independently developed Jobonic Mobile app using React Native & Expo, from scratch to store submission.
- Developed real-time chat functionality using Redux Thunk and Supabase as a core feature of Jobonic and the e-commerce platform, enabling seamless user communication.
- Implemented advanced SEO optimization with fair SSR/CSR architecture.
- Developed lightweight AI server using ollama and small language model for some AI features such as (summarizing reviews, personalized services recommendation).
- Added server-side support comprehensive localization (EN, TH, ZH) using next-intl.
- Integrated with web3 wallet payment platform newly developed by company.
- Created responsive admin panel for cross system management.
- Contributed to ERP system integration, building and integrating modules such as Pricing, Order, Delivery, Shipping and Billing.
